NEQCA Accountable Care, Inc is NEQCA’s network-wide Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO). An ACO is a group of providers who voluntarily agree to be accountable for the quality and cost of care of a defined group of Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries.
NEQCA Accountable Care, Inc. is one of 41 Next Generation ACOs across the country participating in the Next Generation ACO Model, administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Innovation Center. The Innovation Center is testing various payment and service delivery Models that aim to achieve better care for patients, smarter spending and healthier communities.
