Meg Costello recently joined New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA) as Chief Operating Officer. Meg is responsible for NEQCA’s operations and standards, overseeing the day-to-day processes to ensure alignment with the organization’s Quadruple Aim goals of better health, better patient care, lower cost and enhanced provider professional satisfaction.
Prior to joining NEQCA, Meg served as Vice President of Operations, Population Management at Partners Healthcare, where she was responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of risk contracts such as Pioneer ACO and Commercial risk contracts, management of key PHM initiatives, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and iCMP (Integrated Care Management Program).During her tenure at Partners, Meg spent 16 years at Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. (PCHI). She was one of the first members of the management team in 1995, as Manager of Provider Services.
Meg has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Stonehill College, and a Master of Science Degree from Simmons College.
