Lisa Reed joined NEQCA in 2008 as a Project Manager and today, serves as the Vice President of Performance Management. Her role oversees the NEQCA Programs that support performance and assist the network physician practices. The NEQCA Programs include Patient Centered Medical Home, Care Management, Quality Improvement, Pharmaceutical and Cost Management, Healthcare Information Services, and Coding. Many of these programs also support NEQCA Accountable Care Inc., which is NEQCA’s network wide Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Wellforce Care Plan which is the Wellforce MassHealth ACO in partnership with Fallon Health. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University and her Master of Business Administration from Bentley University. Lisa is also the Executive Sponsor for MassBay Medical Associates LLC, Milton Primary Care LLC, and Pedisouth LCO LLC.
