Three Local Care Organizations Continue Affiliation with NEQCA
September 7, 2018
Healthcare South, PC, MassBay Medical Associates, LLC, and Primary Care Medical Associates, three Local Care Organizations, comprised of nearly 60 physicians whose affiliation agreements were up for renewal, all recently decided to continue their participation in the NEQCA network through the end of 2021.
This follows the renewal of NEQCA’s affiliation agreement with MetroWest Healthcare Alliance AHO and its nearly 270 physicians earlier this year.
“These continued relationships reflect an understanding that in our rapidly-changing healthcare environment, NEQCA continues to offer a unique value proposition for all physicians: independent and employed, academic and community, specialist and primary care,” said NEQCA President and CEO Joe Frolkis. “Our ability to offer consistently strong contract value as well as the programs and services that physicians need to succeed in this highly-competitive market; our ties to academic partners at Tufts Medical Center and Tufts Children's Hospital for patients needing tertiary care; and our support for keeping care local whenever possible continues to differentiate NEQCA from other systems. All of this helps fuel our foundational commitment to achieving the Quadruple Aim of Better Care, Better Health, Lower Cost and Higher Clinician Satisfaction.”
