Two NEQCA Practices Recognized as MHQP High Performers
November 29, 2018
Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) recently recognized primary care practices that performed the highest on its annual Patient Experience Survey, through a new awards program called the MHQP Patient Experience Awards.
Among this year’s award recipients were Brewster Medical Associates, receiving it’s distinction in Assessment of Patient Behavioral Health Issues and Hanover Pediatrics, awarded Top Performer and the distinction in Coordinating Patient Care.
“We appreciate the recognition for the commitment we have made to our patients’ well-being and mental health,” said Scott Graham, DO, Medical Director, Cape Physicians, LLC.
Awards are given to both adult and pediatric practices that perform the highest in each of the nine categories, as well as a top performer category determined by the practices with the most best-in-class results across multiple categories.
“Hanover Pediatrics is proud to accept the MHQP awards for Pediatric Care. As part of Healthcare South, PC and NEQCA, we are grateful to all those who worked together to attain these honors. Our sole mission is to ensure that each of our patients receives top quality, complete care at every visit. In an ever-changing healthcare environment we strive to continue to provide a comprehensive medical home where our patients receive personalized, compassionate, and coordinated care,” said Drs. Jon Jolles, Tom Johnston and Kelli Kennedy.
“This well-deserved recognition is a great reflection of the work our affiliates do each day to take care of patients, and an important reminder of why we all went into health care,” said NEQCA President and CEO Joseph P. Frolkis, MD.
Award recipients were recognized at the November 26 joint Board and Council Dinner Meeting. To see a full list of award recipients, visit the MHQP website.
