Peg Holda joined NEQCA in 2019 as Chief of Staff and Head of Communications. In this role, Peg guides strategic communications with both internal and external stakeholders, including NEQCA's network affiliates and employees, as well as government and commercial payers. She also works on the important initiatives happening across the Tufts Medicine system. Peg previously worked at South Shore Health, where she held increasingly senior positions in Communications, Marketing, Strategy, Governance, and Public Affairs, culminating as SVP and Chief Marketing and Governance Officer. She has extensive experience as a trusted advisor, working with CEOs, Boards, executives and physician leaders on a variety of levels including governance and strategic planning and has led high-performing marketing and communications teams.
