Emily Young

Emily Young is President of the Tufts Medicine Clinically Integrated Network, a strategic business enterprise that manages populations in value-based contracts and delivers distinctive quality and care experiences in fee-based arrangements. She is responsible for working with the Clinically Integrated Network's Board to chart the organization's initial course and stand-up its management systems.

Ms. Young also serves as Vice President of Population Health and Transformation for Circle Health/Lowell General Hospital. In this role, Emily drives the organization’s continued transformation to a value-based care organization, maximizes physician and provider performance as an accountable care organization, and leads the population health strategy, including developing and strengthening the necessary infrastructure to ensure success across the organization’s full care continuum. She also leads the Lowell General Physician Hospital Organization (PHO).

Ms. Young brings over two decades of healthcare management to her role.  Ms. Young is a strategic and results-oriented healthcare executive with a passion for innovation and physician collaboration.  Ms. Young served as a valued leader in the Lowell General PHO for 10 years, including time as the Executive Director.  She brings deep-managed care knowledge to her role, previously working at Tufts Health Plan for eight years and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire for five years before joining Lowell General Hospital. 

Ms. Young earned her Master’s of Business Administration from Bentley University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
