Meg Costello joined NEQCA in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Meg is responsible for both internal operations and Network Operations in support of NEQCA’s Quadruple Aim goals of better health, better patient care, lower cost and enhanced provider professional satisfaction. Prior to joining NEQCA, Meg served as Vice President of Operations, Population Management at Partners Healthcare. There, she was responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of risk contracts such as Pioneer ACO and Commercial risk contracts, management of key PHM initiatives, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and the Integrated Care Management Program (iCMP). During her tenure at Partners, Meg spent 16 years at Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. (PCHI), overseeing network operations in a variety of roles. Meg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Stonehill College and a Master of Science Degree from Simmons College. Meg is the Executive Sponsor for NEQCA’s Highland, Hallmark and Merrimack Valley LCOs. She also staffs NEQCA’s Governance Committee and is the Executive Director for NEQCA’s Accountable Care Organization.
