The NEQCA Patient Registry

The NEQCA Patient Registry is a tool that NEQCA physician practices use to assist them in monitoring the health care needs of their patients.  The Registry identifies patients that qualify for particular screenings, chronic care visits, diagnostic testing and/or medication management and lets the provider know whether or not the patient has had the appropriate testing, medication prescribed or physician visit. Diabetes testing, breast cancer screening, cervical cancer screening and colorectal cancer screening are some of the items being tracked in the Registry.  This tool is a great resource for our physicians as we continue to provide the best possible care to our patients.
