NEQCA is one of Massachusetts' largest physician organizations. The group is an integrated network of independent community practices and academic medical center practices with over 160 primary care physicians and over 650 specialists in Eastern Massachusetts, some of whom are also specialists.

Our member physicians own, control, and operate nine local physician organizations from Boston to Cape Cod. Each of these local organizations, in turn, holds a NEQCA Board Seat.

Not only do our physicians make decisions on resource allocation, they also have control over all medical decisions.

NEQCA's physicians are dedicated professionals, many of whom trained and continue to have relationships with some of Boston's world-class tertiary care hospitals. Our physicians have admitting privileges at one or more of the finest community hospitals. In addition, many of our NEQCA physicians are board-certified in subspecialties, including gastroenterology, rheumatology, and cardiology. Some of NEQCA's physicians have received awards for their community service.
