What We Do

NEQCA is a provider network consisting of over 1,500 high quality community and academic physicians who thrive in a quality and data demand environment.  NEQCA provides support to its network to reach its “Triple Aim” goal to improve the health of a population of patients; improve the patient's experience of care, including quality, access and reliability; and reduce the rate of growth of costs of care. With its experienced senior team and staff, NEQCA negotiates managed care contracts with various payors on behalf of its physicians. NEQCA also supports its network to be successful in meeting the Triple Aim goal and in its contracts with many innovative structures and initiatives, including the following:

• Implementation and support of a single integrated Electronic Health Record which will seamlessly connect the entire NEQCA network across the patient care continuum
• A Patient Registry that NEQCA practices use for tracking and managing the care of their patients
• A Patient Centered Medical Home program working toward the future of a new care delivery system, 
• Strong network relations and analytic teams to support NEQCA’s Local Care Organizations
• Proven effective central medical management programs.
